Abstract
This thesis is concerned with the development of different analytical methods for the determination of binary mixture of cinchocaine hydrochloride and hydrocortisone in the presence of methylparaben and propylparaben, and a single drug zolmitriptan.The aim of the work is to develop simple, accurate, precise and sensitive methods for the determination of the selected drugs.The developed methods included different chromatographic methods such as high performance liquid chromatography and capillary zone electrophoresis method, spectrophotometric and chemometric assisted spectrophotometric methods and finally electrochemical methods such as ion selective electrode potentiometric method and voltammetric method.The developed methods can be used in quality control laboratories for the determination of the investigated drugs in either pure form or in pharmaceutical formulations
