Abstract
Backgound.nasipharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is rare in children accounting for 1% of Pediatrics malignancy. Treatment includes radiotherapy and chemotherapy which may help to decrease the radiotherapy dose and limit the side effects of local therrapies. The 5-FU-cisplatin regimen could be considered as a standard of care as induction chemotherapy followed by concomitant chemoradiotherapy
