Abstract
This study included 6 patients two with bilateral subcondylar fractures and four patients with unilateral subcondylar fractures treated surgically through extraoral approach via open reduction internal fixation using the patient specific condylar plate utilizing computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technique for subcondylar fracture reduction and fixation. The results obtained from the multiple cases done showed the efficiency of the patient specific condylar plate which were also consistent with the clinical and radiographic findings postoperatively
