Abstract English Summary The M.Sc Thesis include three main chapter Aim of the work The aim of this study is the preparation of metallic nanoparticles using A. engleri leaves extract and to investigate the anti- H. pylori activity which is summarized in the following objectives: A. Collection of Arenga engleri leaves and its authentication. B. Extraction and Preparation of Extracts: Preparation of the aq. MeOH extracts, filtration, evaporation. C. Preliminary chromatographic investigation and qualitative tests D. Green synthesis of Metallic nanoparticles E. characterization of Metallic nanoparticles F. Evaluation of antimicrobial activity and anti-inflammatory of both Extracts and metallic nanoparticles. G. HPLC /MS/MS analysis of plants extracts. H. Evaluation of anti H.pylori activity of the metallic nanoparticles I- Introduction This chapter includes an overview of previous researches about various natural products and A. engleri leaves extract during its use in the preparation of metallic nanoparticles. II- Experimental This chapter contains the chemical and machines used in practical part of thesis as follow: 1) The phytochemical investigation of Arenga engleri (family Arecaceae) leaves extract that used to prepare the (Ag,ZnO)NPs which examined for their potential activity against H. pylori. 2) The prepared (Ag,ZnO)NPs were characterized by using UV-Vis spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, TEM, and Zeta potential analyses |
