Conclusion
Results show that using mobile learning strategy via what’s App
was effective in improving the reading and writing skills of third-year
prospective teachers. Therefore, it is highly recommended that what’s
App should be integrated into the process of teaching reading and writing
skills. The present study also provides an illustration concerning what is
what’s App and how it stimulates EFL instructors to use it in their
classes. What’s app can be used to provide supplementary instruction to
help learners to overcome the problems of reading and writing English.
Recommendations of The Study.
Based on the previous results, the following recommendations
could present.
1- Prospective teachers should be provided with real authentic
situations through using what’s app that help in developing their
reading and writing skill.
2- There should be a recommended approach towards using recent
technology instruction and technical devises especially (what’s
app) in teaching in the universities.
3- It is necessary to specify more time in English language
teaching to teach reading and writing skills especially as
integrated skills.
4- Lecturers should teach prospective teachers how to use what’s
App in teaching reading and writing skills as integrated skills.Summary

Suggestions for further research.
To sum up, the following suggestions are made based on the study
results for future research:
1- Studies that deal with the effect of using mobile learning
strategy via what’s app in developing the listening skill in
English are relatively not much, therefore it is suggested that
this would be the topic of future research.
2- Further research is needed to investigate the effect of teaching
mobile learning vocabulary via what’s app on teaching speaking
in English.
3- Further research needed to study the effects of using mobile
learning strategy through what’s app to develop the language
skills of EFL prospective teachers.
4- The study of the effect of mobile learning strategy by using
what’s app to teach the EFL reading skills and writing skills
throughout all the educational stages should be extended in
further research.
5- It is greatly recommended that more studies should be carried
about the effect of mobile learning strategy by using what’s app
to develop the integrated skills of listening and speaking skills
for prospective teachers.
