Abstract This Study aim to Establish criteria to measure quality of performance indicators, and to develop performance indicators criteria to monitor the total quality of the performance indicators in industry This study presents a new two models, the first one labelled Quality of Performance Indicators Criteria (QPI) includes six criteria The model included Consistent with organization strategy, Comprehensiveness and usability , Capability of Capturing and measurement methodologies, Supporting the prediction of results & Future Shaping and innovation, Focuses on Core Business and Human Capital, the last criterion is Support leading position The second model labelled Performance Indicator for Industry (PII) model, this model considers performance indicators to assess the organization performance, based on the concepts of performance models, these concepts are expressed and specified in Seven criteria each criterion is divided into some performance indicators, in order to measure the global organization performance. The model included: Strategy, Customer happiness, Human Capital, Production and Operation Management, Resources Management, Knowledge and Technology Management, and future Shaping & Innovation |
