Abstract
The purpose of this in-vitro study was to evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of sodium hypochlorite and nano-chitosan irrigations in human extracted single rooted teeth when used with two different types of irrigation techniques, conventional syringe irrigation and Passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI) on E.faecalis biofilm reduction at different depths inside the dentinal tubules using confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM)
