Abstract In the current study we aimed to To evaluate the clinicopathological data of all cases with primary adenocarcinoma of endometrium who underwent panhestrectomy with pelvic lymph nodes dissection at National cancer Institute (NCI), Cairo University, at the department of Surgical Oncology during the period from January 2013 to December 2017.To study surgical management and outcome after surgery ( disease- free survival and overall survival )90 patients were included and divided into two groups one underwent pelvic lymph nodes dissection n=60 and other no underwent pelvic lymph nodes dissection n=30 -In the current study there was an insignificant differences between two groups as regard age, BMI, menopause, regard tumor size, histological type , tumor grade , recurrence ,disease free survival , overall survival, complications |
