Health is one of the basic goals that many societies seek, as the progress of society depends on solid foundations and basic pillars, the most important of which is the enjoyment of good health. Societies, and consequently, the important role of health increases through the extent to which it achieves productive sufficiency, which achieves the greatest degree of economic development for the community. Diabetes is a chronic and complex disease that affects a large number of people, which results in serious health and economic consequences. According to the statistics of the International Diabetes Federation for the year 2010 AD, 285 million people in the world, aged between 20-79 years, have diabetes. It is known that diabetes is widespread in all countries of the world and among all races, and of different ages. Diabetes may affect anyone, at any age, and at any time. The disease appeared in a 9-day-old child and a 99-year-old man. Statistics show the extent The prevalence of this disease. Statistics indicated that the prevalence of diabetes in the world ranges between 0.5-5/, and usually half of them are unaware of their disease. diabetes It is difficult to identify and treat, and the economic burden that this disease leaves on the patient or his family is no secret. Hence, it is clear that diabetes and its complications are indeed a health, social, economic and cultural problem. It is increasing in prevalence day by day, and its relationship with civilized progress is a direct one, unlike many diseases that scientific progress has been able to reduce or eliminate completely. Therefore, it has become a problem worthy of study, and it is necessary to ensure the necessity of confronting it at the various health, media and economic levels. In order to study the health status of diabetics in society, it is necessary to study and analyze the social, economic and cultural factors affecting diabetics and the phenomenon of disease, so that we can delve into the main causes of health problems and reach the roots of these problems that embody the phenomenon of diabetes. The health care prevalent in many contemporary societies is evidence of stagnation, lack of social development and low standard of living, and thus health care is negatively and positively affected by the social and economic level of members of society.
