Abstract In this theses, four different methods were suggested to fulfill the aim of this work for simultaneous determination of Amprolium.HCl and Ethopabate in presence of its alkaline degradation products, determination of florfenicol in presence of related impurities without either pretreatment or preliminary separation and also determination of Sulfaclozine sodium in presence of its alkaline degradation products. The proposed stability indicating HPLC, TLC, chemometric and electrochemical methods provided simple, sensitive, selective and accurate methods for determination of studied drugs in bulk powder and in pharmaceutical dosage forms without any interference from excipients and in presence of their degradation products or related impurities. The proposed methods were validated and could be used for routine analysis in quality control laboratories where economy and time are essential.The HPLC method gave good resolution of simultaneous determination of AMP.HCl and ETHOP in presence of their degradation products within suitable analysis time. Also, the degradation products were isolated and identified by IR and Mass spectra and used this method for determination of SLZ in presence of their degradation products |
