All kinds of tests are conducted assuring the validity and reliability of the measures. The results revealed a positive significant impact for the direct and indirect relationships yet when HR analytics building blocks{u2019}impact was measured directly on the organizational triple bottom line segments there was a stronger impact on them as compared to when the mediator exists |
