Abstract Aim: assessment of Immediate Implant Placement in Maxillary Esthetic Zone without Augmenting the Jumping Gap versus the Use of Autogenous Bone Particulates or Demineralized Bovine Bone Graft Methodology: Randomized parallel controlled clinical trial to study the efficacy of no grafting or grafting with demineralized bovine bone mineral (DBBM) or autogenous bone particulates in the gap between the implant surface and the inner bone walls when the implants were immediately placed in the anterior maxilla.The changes between implant placement and 6 months later in the horizontal bone change at 3 levels ( platform, mid implant, and apex level) and vertical crestal bone changes( labially &palataly) concerning the implant were evaluated through direct bone measurements using CBCT scans immediately after implant insertion and 6 months later. Mean changes were compared between 3 groups using parametric statistics results : 30 implant sites in 18 subjects were included in the analysis ( 10 in group a ( graftless group ) . 10 in group B ( xenograft group ) and 10 in group C ( autogenous group )) |
