”The Corona (Covid-19) crisis is one of the health disasters that strikes the basic resource of man, which is his health and his ability to work. Many epidemics have ravaged humanity, some of which were confined to a specific geographical scope, and others were global epidemics with rapid contagion and spread, or the so-called “Pandemic” which caused the death of millions of people. Humans, such as Antoine plague, the Spanish flu, and the black plague, which is the worst epidemic wave in human history, as this epidemic caused the death of a third of the population of the European continent. The research aims to study the impact of strategic planning on the management of the Corona crisis (Covid-19) - by applying it to the employees of the Gastrointestinal Surgery Center in Mansoura. In defining the research vocabulary, the researcher relied on the method of a random sample of (274) employees at the Gastrointestinal Surgery Center in Mansoura, which (250) employees were analyzed (91.24%). The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent strategic planning (independent variable) and crisis management (dependent variable). Simple to check the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a significant correlation relationship between strategic planning and the dimensions of crisis management at the level of significant significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect for each dimension of strategic planning on crisis management at the level of significant significance (0.05). ).
