Abstract In the journey looking for optimal analgesia with the least complications for patients undergo shoulder arthroscopic surgery we concluded that Patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery, combined suprascapular and costoclavicular blocks provides lower analgesia quality but better dyspnea index during the early postoperative period compared with ISB Regarding patients with limited pulmonary reserve when we cannot use the standard ISB, we can use combined SSB-CCB as diaphragm sparing block with better dyspnea index Regarding analgesia with SSB-CCB in patients with respiratory problem we recommend further studies include control group. |
