Abstract The present study initially armed to perform a clinical survey for mycotoxin existence in broiler ration, litter and serum. Furthermore, a correlation between the mycotoxin existence and humoral immune responses against AI and ND vaccines was conducted. About 78 ration samples were collected (26 starter, 26 grower and 26 finisher ration) for the detection of fungi, mycotoxins and HI titer was determined for ND, H5 and H9 antibody response. - different kinds of mycotoxins (Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus Niger) were detected in the examined ration samples. - Out 70 litter samples 61 (87.1%) were positive for Aspergillus spp. - Eight ration samples (11.4%) were positive for Aspergillus spp. - Out of 78 ration samples Twelve samples (15.38%) had ≥ 20 ppb of AFB1 - Out of 70 litter samples 21 (30%) had ≥ 20ppb of AFB1 - Out of 75 serum samples 15 (20%) were positive AFB1 - Out of 78 ration samples 9 (11.5%) were ≥ 5 ppb of OTA - Out of 70 litter samples 13 (18.57%) were ≥ 5 ppb of OTA. |
