Information and Communications Technology has Become A Means for Managing Advanced Management, and Attracting Foreign Direct Investment to Host Countries in Light of the Dependence of the Global Market on The Knowledge Economy, as well as Being Used as an Effective Component In The Exchange Of International Interests, After The World Entered The Digital Age ,it Become The Standard of Competition for Any Country Governed By The Ability of This Country to Join The Passengers of The Information Revolution.
As The Speed of The Spread of Information and Scientific and Technical Gains, in Addition to Technological Advances, The Liberalization of Global Markets, Led to The Acceleration of The Pace of Integration of The Economy Through The Increasing Rates of Trade Exchange in Capital Flows, The Speedy Achievement of Trade Agreement, and The Flow of Foreign Investment, In The New Economy, The Criterion of Competitiveness for Any Country in The World is Governed By The Ability of This Country to Join The Information Revolution, ” Information and Knowledge” Have Become The Engine of Development for Economic Development in Various Countries of World.
The Results of The Study Showed That Foreign Direct Investment Contributed to The High Rate of Economic Growth of The Egyptian During The Study Period, The Study Also Demonstrated That There is an Inverse Relationship Between FDI Inflows and Low Unemployment Rates in Egypt During The Study Period, It Also Concluded That The Increase in Investment Inflows into Egypt Led to an Increase in The Volume of International Trade to Egypt During This Period.
It Also Concluded that there is A Positive Impact of Human and Intellectual Capital in Improving the Performance of The Digital Economy in Egypt, and That Attention Must be Paid to Developing Human Capital Through ”Attention to Education and Training Increasing Spending on Research and Development, Increasing Education Allocations, and Increasing Interest in Technical and Technological Education.
