المستخلص

Pharmaceutical products are among the products in which technology has greatly contributed to their manufacture and development, which makes them characterized by a high degree of risk, especially since medicine is of great importance to individuals, and to the process of success of health services, and then whether pharmaceutical products become available. The way to produce it locally or import it from abroad is one of the most important priorities that the public authority aims to achieve. Although medicine is a basic product that must be provided to the people by governments, the legal mechanisms and systems that ensure that it meets the requirements of the consumer, did not limit the greed of producers, whether they are pharmacists, traders or producers, who were overpowered by the power of money, to carry out production operations. of faulty medicines being offered to the public. Pharmaceutical products are not like other consumer products, so if the consumer can dispense with a consumable item, this is not achieved when he needs medicines, given that acquiring them is not linked to the satisfaction of a desire, but rather came to meet the need to at least reduce pain or cure illness. Human health has become one of the basic demands of societies, and one of the priorities of governments, and with the aim of achieving this, countries have adopted, in their health policy, systems to combat diseases; This is done by encouraging innovation in the field of medicine to allow the provision of pharmaceutical products capable of covering national crises and needs.
