The research aims to assess the management of the crisis in the fertilizer industry among the employees of the upper, middle and lower management of the Talkha fertilizer factory. In determining the vocabulary of the research, the researcher relied on the method of the random sampling of the workers in the Talkha fertilizer factory, which numbered (331). The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent the dimensions of crisis management. The researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients, while he used both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple regression analysis method to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the presence of a decrease in the assessment of crisis management in general among the upper, middle and lower management, with no statistically significant differences between the averages of the views of the senior management and the opinions of the middle management on the dimensions of crisis management.
