Abstract

The thesis consists of three chapters:
Chapter I: general introduction, chemical structure, physical and chemical properties of
compounds which are used in this work, , apparatus, literature review, aim of work.
Chapter II: Simultaneous determination of some common food colorants in various
commercial products present in the Egyptian market by Reversed-Phase High Performance
Liquid chromatography and Liquid chromatography-Electrospray Tandem Mass
Spectrometry
Chapter III: Titanium dioxide content in food stuffs from the Egyptian market:
Quantitative analysis using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry
and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry systems
