Abstract This research aims to study the influence of the restaurant atmosphere on customer satisfaction, and to determine the level of positive impact for each component of the ethnic restaurant atmosphere on their customers. The thesis contains five chapters, depending upon both the literature reviewed and the field study findings, the study recommended that the ethnic restaurants should pay attention to the atmosphere due to its positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the ministry of tourism should insert the proportionate atmosphere (symmetric) as independent element, which reflects the type and the nature of the restaurants in the classification to give the degree |
