An applied Study on employees of New Damietta & New Mansoura development agency This study aimed to determine the impact of Quality of Work life on career ambition, and applied on New Damietta construction device.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from employees sample in new Damietta construction device, Sample size was 197, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data.Results of the study showed that all dimensions of Quality of Work life were positively related with all dimensions of career ambition. Also results showed that all dimensions of Quality of Work life which epresented in (Wages and incentives, Positive working conditions, Job characteristics, teamwork, Manager’s style of supervision and Participation in decision making) (as independent variables) had a significant effect on career ambition (as dependent variable).Finally, there was no significant difference between the opinions of the employees about Quality of Work life and career ambition according to the difference in demographic variables.
