Abstract The main objective of the study is to evaluate: the importance of Customer Accounting (CA) approach to the Egyptian business environment, and its role in maximizing the value of the firm. In order to achieve these two objectives, the researcher conducted a questionnaire to a sample of 95 respondents working in the 30 firms of the social responsibility index (S&P). For Testing the hypotheses, Chi-square test and Regression analysis were used. Finally, the results indicated and proved that CA approach is important for the Egyptian business environment, since it plays a vital role in maximizing the value of the firm. |
