المستخلص Study problem and its questions: 1- Are there differences between the ranks average of the two control and experimental groups participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale before the application of the program? 2- Are there differences between the ranks average of the control group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale before and after the application of the program? 3- Are there differences between the ranks average of the experimental group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale in the iterative measurement? Study aims: The present study aimed to build a training program and measure its effectiveness in developing receptive and expressive language among children with intellectual disability, and its effect in reducing oppositional defiant disorder. The study terms: 1- Intellectual disability. 2- Oppositional defiant disorder. 3- Receptive language. 4- Expressive language. 5- A training program. Study hypotheses: 1- There are differences between the ranks average of the two control and experimental groups participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale before the application of the program. 2- There are differences between the ranks average of the control group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale in the pre and post applications for the benefit of post measurement. 3- There no differences between the ranks average of the experimental group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale in the post and the iterative applications (two months after the end of the program). Study sample: Represented in (10) male children with intellectual disability divided in to: the control group that consists of (5) boys, and the experimental group that consists of (5) boys. The participants are selected from the institute of Intellectual Education in Tanta city. and their ages are ranging from (9-12) in average age (10.45) and standard deviation (0,59) in order to detect the effectiveness of the program. Study tools: This study includes three tools as follow: 1-The oppositional defiant disorder scale for children with intellectual disability. 2- The receptive and expressive language scale for children with intellectual disability. 3- The training program for developing receptive and expressive language in children with intellectual disability. Statistical methods: include two types as follow: 1- Parametric tests: include Pearson Correlation Factors, Alpha Cornbachs Factors, Split Half. 2- Non parametric tests: include Manwetni Test, Related Samples Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study: 1- There are differences between the ranks average of the two control and experimental groups participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale before the application of the program. 2- There are differences between the ranks average of the control group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale in the pre and post applications for the benefit of post measurement. 3-There are no differences between the ranks average of the experimental group participants on the oppositional defiant disorder scale in the post and the iterative applications. |
