The research aimed to study the impact of Spiritual Leadership on Job Engagement by applying to the employees at Talkha Fertilizer Company, through a propoused model illustrates the dimensions of Spiritual Leadership and the dimensions of job engagement, and a survey list was designed that included the measures of Spiritual Leadership and job engagement, and the tests were conducted necessary to measure the validity and consistency of the two scales of the study and were directed to a sample of employees in the society under study (303 persons). The study concluded that there is an inverse correlation with moral significance between the Spiritual Leadership and the link to job engagement in Talkha Fertilizer Company as well as the presence of a moral effect of the Spiritual Leadership on each dimension Attachment to job Engagement.
