المستخلص The study aims to explore the impact of collaborative capabilities on firm growth through the mediating role of collaborative advantage. Based on previous studies, a questionnaire was prepared to measure these constructs, and data was collected from a sample of travel and tourism agents CEOs in Cairo and Giza. Data Statistical Analysis methods included descriptive methods and the structural equation model using partial least square (SEM-PLS). Results show that, collaborative capabilities has a significant positive effect on acquisition of the collaborative advantage. Reverse, it has a significant negative effect on the firm’s growth, and collaborative advantage mediates the relationship between collaborative capabilities and firm growth. |
