المستخلص In this chapter, we dealt with the legal system of the diplomatic mission, which was divided into three chapters. Finally, we dealt with the mechanism of organizing diplomatic missions, both permanent and special, and how to begin and finish their mission in Chapter III and the last of this thesis and after taking into account the dimensions and developments of diplomatic missions in The first part is devoted to the study of the rules of international protection of the diplomatic mission and its members. The first chapter deals with the nature of the duties and tasks performed by the diplomatic mission, which need protection and immunity from illegal attacks and actions that may occur on the diplomatic mission. The nature of the immunities and privileges enjoyed by the diplomatic mission, such as its headquarters, premises and related baggage, and diplomatic members as entrusted with carrying out the functions of the diplomatic mission, and considering that such immunities and privileges constitute the most important rules of international protection Finally, Chapter III is devoted to examining the international responsibility of violating the rules of protection established by international conventions and norms. Protection does not depend upon the adoption of rules of protection, but requires safeguards to ensure the compliance of States. These guarantees were the responsibility of the State and its obligation to compensate either in kind or in cash, as well as satisfaction in cases of simple assault that does not cause material damage, and then we concluded this study with a conclusion containing the most important findings and recommendations For the researcher in this study. |
