The research aims to study the effect of working time management on the stages of crisis management by applying it to the employees of the North Delta Electricity Distribution Company. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent the dimensions of working time management (independent variable) and the stages of crisis management (dependent variable). A simple regression analysis method to validate the research hypotheses.
