المستخلص Critical thinking is one of the most important topics in the educational process at the present time. The evidence for this is that many international universities aim to make their professor aware of the importance of teaching critical thinking skills. The goal of teaching critical thinking is to improve and develop the critical thinking skills of the individual, and then they can be better prepared for success in this complex, intertwined world. With such a wealth of information and knowledge - to teach an individual how to think instead of teaching them what to think. The development of the capacity to understand and evaluate inference is one of the most important factors leading to the skill of critical thinking. Inference as a mental process is the process in which the thought moves from introductions, information, or data available to it to a necessary conclusion. Argument discovery is an essential process for undertaking critical thinking, especially logical critical thinking. Critical reasoning is mainly concerned with presenting the reasons that led to a person’s actions or beliefs, analyzing and evaluating his inference and also aims to create better inferences. It is not possible to assess an inference a person makes if we do not understand what he is saying, or even if we understand what he is saying, but we do not succeed in recognizing the reasons given for accepting his point of view. Therefore, the argument must be analyzed in order to identify the causes and assumptions, determine the results, as well as identify the types of arguments, when the argument is correct, and the relationship between each language and the argument. All this is one of the important capabilities that must be learned to achieve the skill of critical reasoning. |
