In this study, the researcher discussed determining the impact of the Cort part 4 program on entrepreneurial skills through application on Mansoura University. The main objective of this study is to measure the impact of Cort part 4 program on entrepreneurial skills and to measure the degree of difference of students ’views on entrepreneurial skills when applying the Cort part 4 program according to demographic variables. A proposed study model was designed to be used as a guide to test the relationship between study variables and a survey list filled with knowledge of the investigator was designed. It was directed to Mansoura University students through the Internet, just as Cort part 4 program was designed and directed to Mansoura University students via the Internet. For the analysis of the primary data of the study, the SPSS V.20 statistical program was used to enter the primary data. And the size of the chosen sample was 384 singles, while the number of valid forms entered into the program reached 300 with a response rate of about 78.125% of the total sample size. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there are significant differences in the opinions of the study sample from Mansoura University students on the impact of Cort part 4 program on entrepreneurship skills before and after the application of Cort part 4 program. The study also showed that there were no significant differences in the opinions of the study sample students according to the difference in gender (male - female) and the college (process - theory).
