المستخلص This paper seeks to address the impact of the empowerment of workers in achieving organizational prosperity in the branches of the Egyptian nahir bank in Al-Mansoura. This paper examines two main variables: the empowerment of workers is the independent variable of research, which includes four dimensions (information sharing, task forces, training, delegation), while the dependent variable is the organizational one, which includes four dimensions (sustainable competitive advantage, innovation, intellectual capital, organizational agility). |
