Abstract In this study, we conducted a microbiological study of infection within the Beni Suef private and public hospitals. We obtained from the samples that we received from hospitals a large number of microbes, especially S. aureus gram (+v) bacteria and gram (-v) bacteria , K. pneumonia When studying the solutions to this infection, we have tested the disinfectants used in these hospitals as they are the first line of defense against these microbial infections. We found that these bacteria, gram (+ve) bacteria, S. aureus and gram (-ve) bacteria K. pneumonia have a protective ability against these disinfectants We found that these bacteria increase their immunity with the high concentration of disinfectants until we reached the lethal dose of these antiseptics CIDEX 4%, DETTOL 20%, BETADIN30% We studied this type of antimicrobial antiseptics and studied the extent of their effect on humans, whether it was increased or less harmful to humans by injecting them into lab mice studying the histopathological changes In the end, we found that these anti-disinfectant bacteria have acquired new qualities that affect the patient in the long term and lead to death. The disinfectants should be used very carefully and constantly changed so that we do not allow the bacteria to acquire immunity. CIDEX is the most powerful antiseptic we have studied, charged (expensive). |
