Abstract Bisphenol A is an estrogen-like substance with similar properties, which raises concern about its suitability in some consumer products and food containers, The present study has attempted to investigate the effects of oral bisphosphonol intake in pregnant mice. Sixty (60) females of white eggs weighing 180 ± 20 g, about 4 months old, and ten (10) male male Alpine males weighing 250-300 g were approximately 5 months old from the Animal Experimentation Unit, Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, the animals were clinically healthy. The first group is the control group, which was given orally 0.5 ml of olive oil through the stomach tube from 6 to 15 days of pregnancy. The third group was given 50 micrograms pesphinol / kg of mouse weight by the stomach tube from 6 to 15 days of pregnancy.
