المستخلص

The exchange of diplomatic envoys is one of the oldest forms of international relations. Diplomatic relations between States have long established diplomatic envoys with immunity, guaranteeing them freedom and independence in the conduct of the tasks entrusted to them as a result of their diplomatic work. A large number of rules have been settled on this matter, where international entities have for many years committed themselves to respecting these customary rules, which have subsequently become the basis for a number of codified rules drafted by the United Nations International Law Commission in the form of a number of international conventions.
The subject of this study, entitled ”The International Criminal and International Protection of Diplomatic Missions”, is an important topic in comparison to the developments and changes that the world has witnessed in diplomatic relations. It has become very important in the subjects of international law. In some way or another, practice diplomatic work, making their protection an urgent necessity.
It is also a matter of concern that the question of the mistreatment of the members of diplomatic missions and the lack of protection of their premises is one of the most important difficulties and barriers to international relations, particularly diplomacy. It is regrettable that the States themselves or through their members have violated the protection of diplomatic missions in international law , And thus the increasing phenomenon of such acts will inevitably affect the manifestations of immunities recognized since the dawn of history, which inevitably leads to international responsibility for every violation that touches upon the rules of protection established for diplomatic missions.
