Abstract

The aim of this prospective in vivo randomized clinical trial was to compare the influence of two different kinematics rotary nickel-titanium instrumentation systems, full rotation single file (Neolix) versus reciprocation single file (WaveOne) on post-operative pain (incidence, degree and duration) after single visit endodontic treatment in single rooted mandibular premolars with acute irreversible pulpits.
