Abstract In this part, Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 nanoparticles (NPs) were successfully prepared using physical vapor deposition (PVD) technique at different conditions of temperature and flow rate as follows: sample A ( 1035 oC, 270 SCCM), sample B: (825 oC, 270 SCCM) and sample C: (825 oC, 225 SCCM). XRD patterns confirm that the structure of the NPs is polycrystalline in nature having rhombohedral crystal structure. It was observed that the particle size increases significantly as the temperature inside the hot zone increases which was ascribed to the Oswald. |
