The research aims to: Study Relationship between students’ awareness (study sample ) in the management of family resources{Non-human resources (money )- Natural resources (food, water, energy and electricity - total natural resources ) - Human resources (time - trends and trends - total human resources )} And between decision-making (Study - choosing friends - leisure time - total decision-making) And motivation for achievement (Striving for excellence - taking responsibility - self-confidence - independence - total motivation for achievement ) And the social and economic variables of the family . The search tools are made up of:-1- The general data form for the student and his / her family2- Family Resources Management Questionnaire3- Decision-making questionnaire4- Motivation questionnaire for achievementThe research tools were applied to a sample of university students (300) students.This research was followed by the descriptive analytical method, the data was analyzed and statistical treatments were conducted using the Spss program .The most important findings of the study:- The existence of a positive correlation relationship statistically significant at level 0.1 Among the students of the university study sample management of family resources and decision-making (study, choosing friends, leisure and decision-making as a whole).- The existence of a positive correlation relationship statistically significant at the level of 0.1 Among the students of the university study sample management of family resources and motivation for achievement in (the quest for excellence - take responsibility - self-confidence - independence - and motivation for achievement as a whole).The study recommended that the family should take care of the opportunity of children in proportion to their age and ability to develop their awareness of their family resources to train them on how to make the best use of them in the future with the need for participation of children in the adoption of various family decisions
