المستخلص The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of a training environment based on active e-learning strategies to develop the skills of producing e-courses for postgraduate students. The descriptive approach was used in the study and analysis phase, and the experimental method was used to measure the effectiveness of active electronic learning strategies on the development of e-courses for postgraduate students.The research used the experimental design ”remote tribal design” using one group. The study sample was composed of (20) postgraduate students. The researcher prepared the following research tools : A statistical test to measure the cognitive aspects related to the skills of producing electronic courses and a note card to measure the performance aspects of the skills of producing electronic courses.The results and data processing were statistically calculated by SPSS, ver 20,and the current research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) in both the achievement test and the observation card respectively for the post application. The study also made several recommendations, including the design of an electronic training environment for the development of the skills of producing e-courses among university faculty members, and the design of a training program based on the use of e-learning strategies in developing the skills of the application of web applications. |
