Abstract
This work aims to identification of the algal species occur in the coastal line of Alexandria and identify their chemical and biological components and to evaluate using of these seaweeds as a biofertilizers on different crops as well as using it as a bio-control agent against plant pathogens and to estimate the ability of their extracts to decrease the plant disease severity specially against black scurf disease on potato caused by Rhizoctonia solani.
