المستخلص This study aims to determine the impact of Information technology on Customer satisfaction, an empirical study on Telecom Egypt customers in Dakhlia Government. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some customers in Telecom Egypt. Sample size is 384, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study show that All components of Information technology are positively related with Customer satisfaction in Telecom Egypt. Also results show that all components of Information technology which represented in (Hardware, software, communications &computer networks, human resources skills, and data bases) as independent variables have a significant effect on Customer satisfaction as dependent variables in Telecom Egypt. |
