Abstract
Hiking a relevant web service in the current environment full of various options is similar to l1ooking for a needle in ahaystack. The best possible web service is the one that completely fulfills the required functions while satisfying the Quality of Service requested by a user. Many researches have been introduced in this field ranging from syntactic-based semantic-based, and context-based matching techniques However, to locate the appropriate web service, we need to work in more than one direction to cover both functional and non-functional requirements of the user.
