Abstract The original work of this thesis is divided into three parts:- In the first part we were used compound 2 to produce Pyrazolo, Triazolo, Tetrazolo Pyrimidines 6, 7, 8 and measure Cytotoxicity activity and calculate IC50. Compound 2 also reacted with Reagents 9, 10, 11 to produce Pyridines derivatives 12, 13, 14 respectively. Compound 12 was reacted with different reagents such as (iodomethane, iodoethane, ethyl chloroacetate, chloroacetone, phenacyl bromide or chloroacetonitrile) to produce different Hetero cyclic compound such as Pyridine derivatives 15, 16 and Thieno[2,3-b]pyridines derivatives 17, 18, 19. Compound 18 was reacted with cyclic, acyclic ketons and other reagents to produce poly Hetercyclic compounds such as condensed Thienopyridines (20, 21, 22, 23, and 24) . In the Second part we were compound 4 with compound 5 to produce Pyrazolopyrimidines 7. Also compound 9 was reacted with compound 5 to produce 10. Compound 12 was reacted with compound 5 afforded 13 and the resultant compound under alkylation was produced 15. Finally, Treatment of 16 with compound 5 was produced 18. |
