Abstract Interstitial lung diseases in childhood are a diverse group of conditions that primarily involve the alveoli and perialveolartissues, leading to derangement of gas exchange, restrictive lung physiology and diffuse infiltrates on radiographs. Proposed Classification Scheme for Pediatric Diffuse Lung Disease:as prescribed in the review (page3-5). Management: according to the European protocols 2015 (Andrew et al., 2015). (a)Diagnosis:diagnosis should include the following: (1) Clinical picture:as prescribed in the review (page8-9). (2)Investigations :as prescribed in the review (page 10-19). (b)Treatment:as prescribed in the review (page 19- 22). So in summary our study revealed that: (1) Regarding diagnosis of CHILD we are following European protocols 2015 by (100%) clinically and by (42.6%) in investigations. (2) Regarding treatment we are following European protocols 2015 by (33.3%). |
