المستخلص The wills and article messages during the light of Islam age this matter includes;introduction,preface , four chapters and conclusion. the introduction: it shows the importance of the matter,the previous studies and the reasons for choosing this matter. the preface: It shows the concept of wills and article messages,their beginning and their position among different arts of articles. The first chapter It includes the kinds of wills which they are; A-Religious wills B- Political wills C- Military wills D- Social wills E- Economical wills The second chapter It explains the technical characteristic of the wills during the light of Islam age in three main sides: The first side is the technical structures. The second side is lingual structure. The third side is the image and fancy. The third chapter The article messages during the light of islam age,includes the motivations of the article messages during that age and these messages are divided into two main kinds. ١- the first kind is the Apostle’s messages which contain four types : the message of calling for Islam ,the legislative messages, the personal message. Finally the Apostle’s writers ٢- the messages of (the rightly guided caliphs), may Allah be pleased with them, and they are five kinds, military message,political messages,administrative message,describing countries messages and the brotherhood message. The fourth chapter including the technical and artistic characteristics of article message during the light of Islam age in three elements. The first element is the technical structure The second element is the lingual structure. The third element is image and fancy The conclusion: it includes the following results ١ - there are roots for the art of wills in the pre –Islam age and its connection with the tribe. ٢- the religious wills depends mainly upon the holy Quran and the prophet’s speech. ٣- the interests of the rightly guided caliphs of providing the princes and the leaders with wills. ٤- the style of writing was easy during the light of islam age and it didn’t contain strangeness and ambiguities ٥- the prophet peace be upon him, had messages to the main characters of Arabian tribes and also for the non-arab kings inviting them to be muslims. ٦- the messages of the rightly guided caliphs to the leader of the army ٧- the message of the prophet peace be upon him include Islamic words which have religious meaning> ٨- there were chapters of the holy Qura’an and some of the prophet’s speech in the messages of the rightly guided caliphs as they include poetry and wisdom. ٩- the messages in the light of Islam include fancy and imagination such as simile, metaphor and ambiguity. |
