المستخلص The study includes five chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a preface, The introduction contains identifying the area of the study, the causes for choosing the Subject, aims and Purposes of the study, previous studies, difficulties that have face the researcher, research Methodology which include geographical information systems and remote sensing techniques . The First Chapter: Entitled ” some general features of the population of Port Said governorate”, It includes some general features of the Population of Port Said Governorate, It studies the evolution of the population by size in Port Said Governorate and the regional and national context during the period (1897-2012), the growth of the population of governorate and The components of population growth in addition to study some of the characteristics of the population in Port Said governorate. Finally, It contains age and sex structure. The Second Chapter: Entitled ” Economic status of the population in Port Said governorate ” It deals with the evolution of the labor force by size in the governorate and the regional and national context, the geographical distribution of the labor force in Port Said governorate, the geographical distribution of the labor force according to sex in Port Said districts , participation rates in economic activity by sex, educational services, structure education of the labor force in Port Said governorate, economic characteristics of the labor force in the Port Said governorate, It includes economic structure, occupational structure (functional) and employment status of the labor force. Finally, it contains replacement and renewal of the labor force. The Third Chapter: Entitled ” Educational status of the population in Port Said governorate ”It deals with the educational structure of the population in Port Said districts, It contains also educational characteristics of the population of Port Said governorate. In addition to, the geographical distribution of educational services in Port Said districts, size and rates of educational services in Port Said districts. Finally, It includes accessibility to educational services in Port Said governorate according to distance and time. The Fourth Chapter : Entitled ” The Health Status in Port Said Governorate ”It contains the health infrastructure in the Port Said governorate, rates and indicators of the health services , accessibility to hospitals in Port Said governorate according to distance and time, in addition to reproductive health, mortality according to Diseases. Finally, It studied pollution. The Fifth Chapter: Entitled ” Geographical Assessment of the Indicators of Human Development and its future in Port Said Governorate” , It includes features of human deprivation of human development and geographical assessment for indicators of human deprivation in Port Said districts, human development index(HDI) in Port Said, geographical assessment for indicators of human development in Port Said governorate, the challenges facing human development in the governorate and its future, estimates of population in future . In addition to the needs of health services and the size of the labor force expected and employment opportunities required until the year 2037. Finally, It includes GIS applications in improving human development in Port Said governorate, the study highlighted the variations on the level of index of combined human Development in Port Said governorate, It was standardization Port Said governorate according to the complex index of development (income, education, health) through three Level I: includes the finest pattern of human development, It includes both EL-Sharq and Port Fouad which occupies separated area by the Suez Canal, where El-Sharq located in the north of governorate ,while Port Fouad governorate in the southeast of governorate, and characterized by the best level of Human Development , these governorate included Elite Population of governorate, with high Level of occupational and high levels of education and health Level II is more prevalence patterns in the governorate, It includes districts (Alarab, Al-dawhey, Azohor,Elmonakh), respectively. These districts located in the north-west of governorate, and represent transitional zone between the first and the third level, and need to the intervene planning later (Second Priority) to upgrade the levels of human development, Level III: The more prevalence patterns strained includes Alganop governorate that suffers mainly from low education, income and health indicators, It requires urgent intervention and must required necessary investments to improve health, education and income levels, without it the situation would have be worst and sub-problems would make it complicated. |
