Abstract Aspergillus aculatus is agood producer for tannase enzyme and gallic and ellagic acids, however the Enterococcus casseliflavus was found to be a good producer for tannase enzyme and ellagic acid nearly the same amount which produced by Aspergillus aculatus with a little difference but the Enterococcus casseliflavus was a good consumer for gallic acid. Evaluation of response surface curves and contour plots for A. aculeatus indicated where optimum conditions exist within the experimental area covered, or in what way further experiments are necessary to achieve better results. The results predicted by the model equation from CCD showed that a combination of decreasing the CaCl2 to (0.09%), the minimum level of NH4Cl (0.15%), an incubating time to(2.5 days ), and optimum level of additive sucrose (0.25%) would favor maximum tannase production, using green tea as substrate 2.0 gm/flask at pH 5.4 and 30 °C. However for Enterococcus casseliflavus evaluation of response surface curves and contour plots indicate where optimum conditions exist within the experimental area covered, or in what way further experiments are necessary to achieve better results. The results predicted by the model equation from CCD showed that a combination of the glucose as a carbon source (4.98g/L), the minimum level of NH4Cl as a nitrogen source (0.72g/l), pH (6.98) and an incubating temperature of (32.96°C) would favor maximum tannase production, using green tea 2.0gm/100 ml as substrate for two days.Tannase from Aspergillus aculatus, and Enterococcus casseliflavus could be partial purify by dialysis against ammonium sulphate to improve its physiochemical properties for industrial proposal. |
