Abstract The work of this study is use the poly-hydroxy Compounds and Their Metal Complexes to Treatment of Raw Waste Water Sludge from heavy metals and parasite to be safe for agriculture application as organic agriculture. I- Introduction This chapter includes an overview of previous researches for waste water and it’s sludge treatment and use ligand in heavy metal treatment. Also has an overview of previous researches of pollution of sludge (parasite and heavy metals) and use down flow hanging sponge in waste water treatment and use of EDTA in heavy metals treatment and their application. II- Experimental This chapter contains the chemical and machines used in practical part of thesis as follow: 13_2016_08_31_20_12_51_701 219 1)The chemical method measuring such as heavy metal (Pb, Cd,Zn,Cr,Ni,Cu andFe),total suspended solids(TSS) and Salmonella which responsible for typhoid disease. 2) Preparation of the ligand: 2,3dihydroxy succcinohydrazide and its metal Complexes. 3)preparation of Schiff base and its metal Complexes. 4) characterization of the ligand, Schiff base and its metals complexes: * Physical technique such as molar conductance. * Spectral technique as H-NMR spectra, IR spectrum, Electronic spectrum, Electron spin resonance (ESR), Thermal Analyses (DTA and TGA), iv- Result and discussion This chapter includes characterization of raw waste water sludge and use the poly-hydroxy Compounds and their metal complexes to treatment of raw waste water sludge from heavy metals and parasite to be safe for agriculture application as organic agriculture which classified as: 13_2016_08_31_20_12_51_701 220 Research Scheme 1: Assessment the efficiency of addition 0.8 g/l dose of ligand and its Schiff base in raw wastewater sludge treatment from: - Increase the concentration of solid. - Heavy metal treatment. - Pathogenic treatment. Research Scheme 2: Assessment the efficiency of addition 1.6 g/l dose of ligand and its Schiff base in raw wastewater sludge treatment from: -Increase the concentration of solid. - Heavy metal treatment. - Pathogenic treatment. Research Scheme 3: Assessment the efficiency of addition 2.4 g/l dose of ligand and its Schiff base in raw wastewater sludge treatment from: - Increase the concentration of solid. - Heavy metal treatment. - Pathogenic treatment. Research Scheme 4: Assessment the efficiency of addition 0.8, 1.6 g/L and 2.4 g/L of metal complex number (9) which defines as (cupper sluphate .5H2O+ Schiff base) in raw wastewater sludge treatment from: - Heavy metal treatment. 13_2016_08_31_20_12_51_701 |
