The purpose of this research was to define some resources of the organizational work pressure, also to know causes ofjob satisfaction and relation between them in the workers of the General administration of Youth welfare in Alexandria University. The researcher has used the surveying descriptive method. The sample Included (n = 135) sports specialists. The researcher has used two questionnaire forms: one concerning the organizational work pressure, the other concerning the job satisfaction of the sports specialists in Alexandria University. The forms were designed and standardized from reliability and stability. Applying these two forms showed that there is relation between the organizational work pressure and the functional satisfaction of the sports specialists. Inthe light of this relation a number of recommendations were established in order to be followed by the officials at the General Administration of the Youth Care in Alexandria University which may reduce the organizational work pressure of the sports specialists and to increase their functional satisfaction. |
