Abstract
Environment surrounding the unfit infant may influence his health standard so study the surrounding environment ( his family level ) and exposure to find out if there is a relationship between the sickness of the infant and the surrounding environment if any.
A cross-sectional case control study has been performed to compare between 50 cases of newly born infants present in the intensive care unit (ICU) for various health problems to 50 of control infants coming for routine vaccination and follow up.
