Abstract Analysis of pharmaceuticals is an integral part of an overall drug development process. Scientific progress has led to the development of numerous synthetic drugs, it is therefore imperative to develop analytical methods to determine these drugs both in quality control manufacturing phase of pharmaceutical formulations and in human body fluids. In this work, different analytical techniques were developed for the analysis of some antimicrobial pharmaceutical compounds. The chosen drugs are Ampiciilin, Dicloxacillin, Sultamicillin and Chlorhexidine gluconate. The aim of this work • To develop rapid, economic, selective and simple methods for analysis of the cited drugs in their mixtures. • To test the applicability of the developed methods for quantitation of the investigated drugs in raw materials and in their pharmaceutical formulations. |
