Abstract -This study was conducted in the Department of Orthopedics, AssiutUniversity hospital. -The study included 15patients with terrible triad injury - The age of the patients ranged from 19 to 70 years and the mean age was 23.4 years. The majority of the patients were between 21-30 years (26.7 %) and between 41-50 years (26.7 %). -Males predominate our study. There were 8males. -Right sided injury was more common 8 patients. -Fall on the ground was the commonest cause (6 cases). -According to postoperative complications, the most prevalent one was stiffness that may associate with pain in some cases. -The functional outcome was Excellent in 4patients, goodin 7 patients, 2 fair and2 poor results. |
